Meditation

1) Sit cross-legged in an open field or a quiet room. Keep your back straight, relax your stomach and lower jaw, now close your eyes. Take slow breaths--inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
2) Listen to every sound. Listen to the sounds in the room, outside your house, and sounds from far away. Imagine your connection to every sound.
3) Finally, say "om" 3 times as you exhale. Let your body vibrate as you say it. Imagine your vibrations going down into the Earth and up into the sky. Remember your connection to every sound; from the objects close by to the objects far away. Think this: Everything is where it should be. Everything is where it was meant to be. Everything is not right or wrong, it simply exists here and now. Think about this and say "...and so it is." Open your eyes.
